What We Do
DOORSTEP COLLECTION
Doorstep collection has been voted the #1 amenity for multi-family residential communities. Residents enjoy not having to drag trash bags to a dumpster or carry their recyclables to a bin in adverse weather conditions. With collection taking place 5 nights a week, residents are less likely to allow trash and recyclables pile up in the unit, a practice that can attract pests. Spillage from trash bags in hallways and breezeways diminishes the beauty of the grounds. Our valets collect waste in a tote bag or a rolling container to assist our partners in asset preservation.
BULK REMOVAL
When residents move out they often leave furniture or toss it near the compactor. Container Maid Solutions offers a service to haul the debris to a landfill. This service can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or upon request.
